The Fight to the Death

From a far away land a group of men traveled.
They traveled to fight, to feast, and have fun.
This group, they were friends, such that no man could part them.
They'd fight to their deaths 'til the battle was won.

Now one had a lady and two were in search of.
They'd search until each had found the perfect one.
And when she was found they would surely fight for her.
They'd fight to their deaths 'til the battle was won.

With each quarter moon, the friends, they would party.
They'd drink and they'd feast until the rising sun.
And then in the morn they'd fight in a battle.
They'd fight to their deaths 'til the battle was won.

And then came the day, the day that it happened.
The devil accomplished what no man had done.
In a battle outnumbered, by steel, sword, and magic.
They fought to their deaths 'til the devil had won.
