Duty members need to be at the Grange 45 minutes before the dance starts unless we are having dinner, then it is 45 minutes before the dinner.  Typical dance start time is 7:30 so you need to arrive at 6:45.  Our dinners usually start at 6:30 so you need to arrive at 5:45.  All duty members share both kitchen and door responsibilities.  If you are unable to do your duties, it is your responsibility to find a replacement or let a club officer know that you cannot do them.
