If Optimum Fitness and Health is what you are after, you’ve come to the right site!  You can also learn about my consulting services, corporate wellness programs, upcoming lectures, monthly newsletter and link with a few other informative and authoritative websites.

While this site is primarily intended for my local friends and clients, individuals from out of the area might also benefit from the free articles and links posted.  Perhaps this site can help you in your quest to become healthier and more fit!  However, keep in mind that to pursue this quest will require some measure of effort and commitment.   There is no flash and no fancy graphics--just accurate and useful information to help you reach your peak level in health, fitness and vitality.  This is what you are looking for, after all, isn't it?

There are many reasons someone might want to hire a nutritionist and these are a few:  Losing weight.  There are many Americans who are overweight (over half, in fact) and you will be coached on how to lose weight smoothly and permanently.  Unlike so many 'weight loss plans,' my program is individualized to your particular situation and will not put you on the all-too-common "yo-yo merri-go-round".

If you have Diabetes (Type I or II), you'll want to learn about the latest methods to get better control (or better) of it and me and my associates will provide these to you.  If you've got ANY other health challenge, you'll want to call to see what comprehensive nutrition consulting can do for YOU.  Too many people procrastinate and don't take action.

How soon do you want to start becoming healthier?  Now or next year?  The average American spends over $5,600 per year on disease-care costs!  And what results do they have to show for this rediculously high expenditure?  Ever decreasing levels of energy, health and vitality and at even younger groups than you might expect!  We're even seeing Type II "Adult-onset Diabetes" in 12 to 15 year olds!  We're also seeing rising obesity and a plethora of other health challenges--and in young and old alike.
