The area around Antares. Antares is a red giant star, (center bottom). To the right of Antares is M4, a globular star cluster. 10 minute exposure with a Canon XSi and 200mm telephoto.
M42, the great nebula in Orion. This is a 180 second exposure with a 16" F/4.6 telescope and Canon XSi digital camera.
