A FREE VOICE DIALOGUE INTRODUCTORY EVENING

Tuesday, April 27th: 7:00-10:30 p.m.

Are you aware that there are many "inner selves " that run your life? For instance, the inner critic, the pusher, the pleaser, the responsible one, the perfectionist, the caregiver, the rebel, to name a few of the most common ones. For most of us, these selves unconsciously run our lives, instead of us being able to consciously manage them!

Voice Dialogue is a transformational tool, developed 25 years ago by Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone, internationally recognized teachers and psychologists, that allows people to learn to honor and understand the many selves or energies inside of each of us. Most importantly, it develops the capacity to consciously master our own energies so that we have real choice in our lives and we can decide how we want to act and be. Oftentimes, we operate on automatic pilot with little choice over our lives.

On this evening, Francine Pinto, a Voice Dialogue teacher and facilitator, will discuss the Psychology of Selves and the Aware Ego, show a short video with Hal and Sidra Stone, and do a Voice Dialogue demonstration with a volunteer who attends the evening. Others will learn from observing the demonstration. This is a great opportunity to explore this gentle, safe, and powerful transformational tool.

Francine has been a Voice Dialogue facilitator for twelve years and has taught Voice Dialogue programs for seven years. She has studied extensively with Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone, the originators of Voice Dialogue. She is a senior staff facilitator for the Stones in California.

"We highly recommend the programs of Francine Pinto. She is a truly gifted facilitator and teacher who has made the work an integral part of her life. Her teaching and Voice Dialogue facilitation embrace the latest developments of our work in the Psychology of Selves and the Aware Ego. Those in the Washington D.C. area that are looking to grow as individuals, in relationships, and as communities are truly fortunate to have her and her programs available."
