EXPLORING OUR SELVES
This program focuses on discovering and exploring each participant's Primary Self System. The
primary selves are those inner selves that operate in our lives to define who we are. They are the selves that protect our
vulnerability. Some examples include the pusher, the pleaser, the caretaker, the rational mind, the inner critic, the perfectionist,
the responsible one and the rebel, to name a few. Participants receive individual Voice Dialogue sessions each week, in addition
to group work and group exercises. This program is for both beginners and seasoned users of Voice Dialogue. Participants work
at their own pace. Many repeat this program to work at deeper levels of development. Working in-depth with the primary selves
is the foundation for creating safety, for creating an "inner chairman of the board" and for all other work using Voice Dialogue.

EXPLORING RELATIONSHIPS WITH VOICE DIALOGUE
This program focuses on how to enhance both personal and professional
relationships. We explore how to have more choice, more ease, and more appreciation for our relationships. Most of us want
to know how we can communicate more honestly and effectively so we can create more intimacy when we want it.
During
this program we explore a basic component of relationship--bonding patterns. Bonding patterns have a significant impact on
the quality of our relationships and they are a common part of our everyday lives. Typically, when we are in bonding patterns
the "selves" interact in relationship with little or no awareness. Since we are on automatic pilot, we are usually stuck in
ongoing patterns with friends, family, business associates, or others, resulting in stagnation, negativity and frustration.
By working with bonding patterns, we develop choice in dealing with these patterns. We develop the capacity for improved
communication as well as the ability to choose how much intimacy we want in any given relationship. In this program we learn:
(1) which bonding patterns are running our relationships, (2) how these bonding patterns are triggered; and (3) how these
bonding patterns serve as our teachers.
Participants receive individual Voice Dialogue sessions each week, in addition
to group work and group exercises. Couples can choose to work together during the program. A partner is not required to attend.
VOICE DIALOGUE FACILITATION SKILLS
This is a program for those who want to learn facilitation skills. This program
provides people with an opportunity to learn the elements of an effective Voice Dialogue session and to practice trading sessions.
Participants will receive coaching and feedback on their sessions. In learning facilitation skills, we focus on how the facilitator
supports the person being facilitated in developing an "inner chairman of the board" and on the importance of developing the
ability to work with the energetics of Voice Dialogue facilitation. Facilitating itself enhances one's own energetic mastery,
another path to one's own personal development. *
*All programs are conducted over nine or ten weeks. Each program
includes regular weekly classes and one or two weekend days.
