No naps this weekend
Saturday we went to Dave's mothers house in Worchester to celebrate his sons first birthday. Alexis had a great
time playing with all the boys that were there and did not take a nap, not even with an hour commute in the car on the way
home. Typical of our child!
Sunday Fred's father invited us down to watch the football game on his new TV and to join him and Carol for lunch.
Sounded good so we accepted. Alexis loved Spending time with her Nana and Papa and really loved the fact that Nana gave
her a doll stroller from that a coworker had given to her. She loves to go for "a walk" with baby Nessa (Vanessa - her
Cabbage patch kid). We had lots of yummy food and again, no nap. We came home and had to quickly mow the lawn
because our realtor called to confirm our 6 PM showing and to tell us it was now going to be 5:45. We got the lawn done,
Alexis was loving riding on the tractor with me and then Fred and at the end I made PB&J sandwiches for all of us which
we ate at the park and then played in the playground.
Alexis has a little cold now and a slight fever, hopefully it is just a little cold and will not become anything
more than that. Oh and Alexis has a love for ice cream. She has been asking for it almost every morning and usually
every night - she's asking for it now so I have to go.

Another good weekend
Not too much happened this weekend, Fred had to go into work on Saturday to do inventory. Yep, I was nervous because
all I could think about was what if this was all just a set up for the 2 of them to meet. He called me from work when
he got in and before he left and he got a message I had left for him at work in the afternoon. That really helped to
ease my mind. We just enjoyed being a family Saturday night after Fred came home (Alexis and I had been out shopping
for her during the day - she is now getting into 3Ts, she's growing so fast). Sunday we all worked in the yard, mowing
and playing. After lunch we went to the local farm which is like 4 minutes from our house and got pumpkins and
some homemade warm apple crisp. It was very yummy! That was about all we did, nothing spetacular but it was good
quality time as a family and that is what is important. It really is nice to have Fred home, I still have concerns and
worries but everyday things are getting a little better.
There is one thing I learned - don't let a day go by without letting the person you love know how you feel. Tell
them that you love them, give them a little kiss when they get in the door or before you go to sleep at night. Touch
the other person - hold their hand, rub their leg, touch their arm - something that tells them you know they are there.
I never knew how much a little touch could mean until it wasn't there and I didn't feel as close to Fred or as loved.
When you forget to be close to someone in the littlest way, it really does make an impact on the relationship. It is
so important to be close and for the person you are with to know they are loved and that you are thinking about them.
That's it for today, have a good one!

Another good weekend
I am finding that I am having some issues getting over what transpired for those 5 weeks and him working around her makes
it very difficult for me to let go of my fears but I am trying. I hope Fred will find some patience for me and my fears
just like I hope I can find some middle ground to start at with my worries. Does he deserve some of the questioning,
yes but sometimes my imagination goes a little wild and I accuse him of things that may not be true or question him in a way
that is more accusing than general questioning. We have a lot of work a head of us, I hope we can get through this.
We had a nice weekend, we went to Topsfield Fair on Saturday and met my parents there. Alexis, for the first time,
didn't care about the animals - she saw the rides and wanted those and that was it. She loves rides and so doesn't her
dad so he loved having to go on almost all the rides with her. It was actually very warm out and we were all hot.
Alexis got a little frustrated having to wait to get on the rides - a princess shouldn't have to wait (yes she is now getting
into the princess stuff).
Sunday she started throwing up around 1 AM and it continues for most of the day. That also might be part of the
reason she was getting fussy on Saturday. She couldn't keep anything down, not even water. She got a little better
by the afternoon but woke up during her nap by puking. We did a lot of laundry that day! It was nice to have Fred
here to help take care of her and help calm me down while I get a little frantic with all that was going on with Alexis.
So that's it for now, I'll keep you all updated!
