Hi My Name Is Steve Owen         

       I have  a passion for Corvettes.       
 As soon as I made it home from VIETNAM in 1968
I made myself a promise to live the dream

 

Over the years all of  my  Corvettes have been MID-YEARS.

My First Was A 1965   Convertible     The Next Was A 1966 Convertible                Later on I found my first 63 Coupe  

                

I had my first 63 a few years. But had to sell it. To put a down a down payment On my house.

My next car was a 1967 Big Block Convertible. That I got a great deal on. In 1973 , In the Height of the gas crunch, The first thing I did to it ,was pull out the motor. I took the drive train out of a 68Corvette,I picked up  for $ 150..  Like A Dummy I threw the shell away. Sold the 67 a few years later when the house needed repair.

The years passed and had a few other cars but no Corvette.

    I did  make a 1923 T-Bucket it was fun but that went too.

As of today I do  have other  cars.

          1930 Chevrolet  4/door Sedan    1955  Olds 2Dr H/T        My  1967 Cad Convertible

    

 

But All In All The 1963 Corvette Is and Always Will Be My Passion

 

I picked my present 1963 Coupe in  1991  

It was Semi-modified when I found it        

      

I have done something to it each year. So I Just Kept Adding On To It .
