Our Company
The firm’s President is Gary D. Marchalk, Esquire, an honors graduate of Widener University School of Law, is an attorney and a licensed title insurance agent for First
American Title Insurance Company. He has handled hundreds of closings, both residential and commercial. Prior
to becoming an attorney, Mr. Marchalk has been a legal administrator, accountant, and financial manager and has
experience with all aspects of the closing process.
The firm’s Vice-President is Linda L. Marchalk, who holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University. Mrs. Marchalk
has handled many real estate closings over the past twenty years and is a Pennsylvania licensed title insurance agent.

Our Philosophy
We aim to make your closing as hassle-free and stress-free as possible,
offering both evening and weekend closings, and will conduct closings in our office, bank or realtor office or any other mutually
convenient location, generally without any additional charge.
We believe that we are the best at what we do and we take our responsibilities
to you very seriously. We are a service organization and we will give you service second to none.
