large 32 inch TV with CATV, VCR, DVD, stereo, video and book library as well as
games and puzzles for times when you are not at the beach or sightseeing.

Ocean Beach in Southern Shores

This is the fully equipped Kitchen area. It has MW, DW, small appliances (including toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, veg. steamer, crock pot, George Forman grill, electric knife, asparagus steamer, and coffee grinder), and a full array of pots and pans (stainless steel), Corning ware, bake ware, dishes, glasses and utensils. The door at the other end of the kitchen leads to the laundry room.
This is a view of the Living room which has a ceiling fan. To the right of the love seat is a door that leads to the master bedroom with it's own private bath. The front door (showing on the picture) leads to the covered porch. The closet in the room contains beach stuff, chairs, umbrellas, blankets, boogie boards, toys and games, and totes to carry the stuff.
This is the dining area. There is seating for 6 at the table (dimensions 40x72) plus a leaf to extend the table another 18 inches. There is a sliding glass door in this room with a view of the back yard and sun deck. Down the hallway on the right of the picture is a full bathroom with a tub/shower and two of the three large sized bedrooms. The picture was taken from the kitchen looking into the dining room.
This is a large family room with lots of space for games or movies. There is a stereo/CD and large screen TV (32 inch screen) with VCR and DVD player. There is also a video library, games and puzzles, collection of CD's and a collection of paperback books for your reading pleasure. (Take a book, leave a book system. Don't quite finish the book by the end of the week - take it along home with you.) The sofa is a queen size pull out sleep sofa. There are two ceiling fans. You can access the large back yard from here. The yard provides plenty of room for the kids to play. Right off the family room is a full size bathroom with a walk in shower with a seat. If you have someone using this room as their bedroom they also have their own private bathroom and entrance. There is also a door for privacy.
This is the Master Bedroom which is off the Living Room. It has a TV, VCR/DVD, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, linen closet, and a private bath with a full tub and shower. The bed is queen size and linens are supplies with the rental. There is a view out the window of the front yard.
This bedroom is a large room with a queen size bed and walk in closet. It has a TV, ceiling fan, clock radio with alarm, telephone and answering machine. There is a full bathroom, with tub and shower, across the hall from the bedroom. The view from the window in the picture is of the spacious back yard.
This large size bedroom is equipped with a trundle bed. It can be used as two twin beds or they can be put together and it becomes a queen size bed. This room also has a 27 inch TV with cable, VCR, DVD and a walk-in closet as well as a ceiling fan and alarm clock. There is a children's video library and some children's books and toys. There is a full bathroom right next to this room. It has a bathtub with shower.
This is the pristine ocean beach in Southern Shores. A short walk from the cottage. Pack a lunch, pile your beach equipment in the wagon and spend the day at the beach. There will be plenty of room for all on this private beach.
At the back of the house there is a large yard. There is a hot and cold outdoor shower attached to the house and a sun deck with a patio set, chaise lounge, and a gas grill.
