Together they had 9 children: Lousia, John, Charles, Celestine, Elizabeth, John, Simeon Noel, Charlotte and PHILLIP NICHOLLE.

Edwin Louis, Matilda Ruby, GILBERT EARL, Gerald, Henrietta Gladys, Geraldine Grace, Minnie Blanche and James Patrick.

GILBERT EARL PATTEN was born October 01, 1921 in Toronto, York Co., Ontario, and died December 12, 1996 in Cape Coral, Lee Co., FL. He married GWENDOLYN ELIZABETH BROWNE April 02, 1948 in Toronto, York Co., Ontario, daughter of JOHN Howard BROWNE and JEAN Lenore CARSON.

Simeon and Annie moved to Cape Breton, NS around 1911 and then to Toronto around 1913. Meta Louise was born on Cape Breton Island, but my father and the rest of his brothers and sisters were born in Toronto.
