"Homestead" is a dimensional picture using canvas-on-canvas to depict the abandoned cabin in the Cascade range. The rushing mountain stream is just about to take out the corner of this old cabin. I actually painted this picture in 1987, but hated the background which was just re-done this year. Sort of like recycling, hm?
