We are offering our home for holiday rental. This is an old traditional stone house which has been totally refurbished yet retains a feeling of old charm. The house is luxuriously appointed with all new appliances, A/C, furniture and furnishings. It is located in a living Greek village with several tavernas.

The house has three bedrooms, each with a full bathroom, and can sleep up to 7 comfortably. All linens, towels etc. are furnished. Daily or weekly cleaning service can be arranged.

Note: because of open railings on the terrace, this house is not suitable for small children.

This is the largest bedroom with a king-sized brass bed and air conditioning. The wooden open beamed ceiling is beautiful.

The room is about 25 square meters and has wooden floors.

The very large bathroom is beautifully tiled with shower and bath. This room also has the washer and dryer.

There are 2 terraces:

one under grape vines

and a larger one with sea and mountain views

and great sunsets!

The terraces are furnished with tables, chairs and an umbrella. There is an outside shower in the courtyard.

The second bedroom, about 20 square meters, has a queen

and a twin bed. The bathroom has a shower. The floor is tiled.

The open living room and kitchen has wooden floors and

leather furniture. The terraces are located on this level.

The third bedroom is in the kamara or cellar under the

house. This area has a separate entrance.

This newly finished area is the best room in the

house for hot summer nights.

The room is about 25 square meters and has a queen bed.

The bathroom has a shower.

The kitchen is equipped with granite counters, glass top

oven and stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator/

freezer, microwave, coffee maker, etc..

There is a full complement of pots, pans, and dishes – all of highest quality.

Extra: there is a piano in the “music room” which is between the first and second bedrooms! Lots of books available here.

Beaches There are four main beaches either in or near Stoupa. Each has a different ambiance.

2010 prices

500 Euros per week includes the main house and the Kamara en suite (queen bed)
(total 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - sleeps up to 7).

plus a one-time cleaning fee of 50 Euros.
