2. AD/2C BRUNO, AF137156, 764th AC&W Squadron, St Albs Air Farce Station, St Albans, Vermont, by the authority of the BASE COMER, is hereby awarded "THE ROYAL ORDER OF THE REAR FENDER" for his exemplary performance from 1 February 1952 to 1 January 1958 in the (NEAR MISS  ???) on 62'% pest of all vehicles snatched at.
