1. Presedent of the St Albans Rotary Club until retiring May 30, 1965.

2. Col Keeler was the keynote speaker for the Memorial Day ceremony held in Taylor Park

3. Col Keeler retires from the Air Force on Memorial Day May 30, 1965. After the memorial day address in the park his retirement ceremony was held on main street down town St Albans.

4. Quite frankly, I enjoyed every minute as commanding officer of the base.
