That buyer failed to perform, thus the property was again placed on the auction block in 1981 and sold

The FAA continues to utilize the one remaining radar tower and link radar data to the Nashua ARTCC. They
have, over the years, modernized their operation and have automated many radar/data functions. The facility has now gone from
approximately 180 Air Force Personnel in the early 1960's, to seven FAA technicians in 1979, to the present two FAA technicians
that are able to provide more reliable and detailed information than was available in the early days.
The radar site had several name changes during its existence. The
radar site's name at decommissioning was 764th Radar Squadron (ADC). The radar
site was decommissioned in 1979 and later sold to a private developer. The radar
towers were turned over to the Federal Aviation and are used to monitor and control aircraft from the Burlington International
Airport, Burlington, VT.
