Scooba's speaker piece-part and mounting design looks in all respects to be the same as that used in the Roomba Floor-Vacs. Because of those asserted identities, there is not much to say about the speaker, other than to reveal its location within the robot.
Upon removal of the robot's upper-chassis from the lower assembly, a brief search for the mounted speaker will yield a glimpse of its rim, sandwiched between the Blower's motor-cover and the inner-bumper casting. This limited view is illustrated in Figure 1.

If one wishes to work with the speaker, e.g., replace it, the Blower and it outlet duct must be dismounted, as an assembly, and set aside. Having done that dismount, the view of the speaker, as shown -- an edge, profile-view in this case in Figure 2, is at hand.
