Rates: A two hour minimum is charged for each assignment.

Notice: Unless otherwise arranged, assignments more than 1.5 hours in length may require two interpreters to preserve quality of service and safety to the interpreter. Please ask for more information if your request applies to this situation.

Billing and Cancellations: All assignments that extend beyond the contracted time are billed in 1/4 hour (15 minute) increments after the initial two hour minimum. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice from the assignment start time are billed in full except where cancellations are due to inclement weather and government offices are closed. In the case of a no-show by the consumer/s, the assignment will be billed in full.

Payment: Payment for services rendered is due within 30 days of invoice date.

Late fees: A $25.00 fee is applied to last-minute requests (less than 24 hours notice.) Acceptance of request will be based on availability.
