Key's Alley ran from Front to 2nd, between Race and Vine. Today part of it lies under I-95; the rest is just a truncated backwater, the 100 block of New Street. There are no buildings of any description left on Key's Alley. The 1823 directory lists Key's Alley as running from #160 N. Front to #183 N. 2nd St.
Apparently Biddle's numberers thought Key's Alley, New Street and Story Street were all one street, which today they are, of course, and so numbered them consecutively.
SOUTH SIDE:

(1785) Wayne, Jacob, cabinetmaker, Key’s Alley between Front and 2nd
Given that houses were sometimes renumbered, this may have been the one on the
southwestern corner of Front and Key's Alley, which Biddle numbered #162 N. Front St., and
which could have been renumbered #160 by 1823 (see above).
