Basements
I love turning clients unused basements into an extra living space. It is amazing to see their expression when the basement is completed. Clients have used the extra space as a kids play area, study/computer area, and several clients like myself have turned their basement into the "man cave" complete with big screen television and speakers. Whatever the use, it will surely add comfort and value to your house.
