How to Create a Very Nice "Administrator's Toolkit" - Step 5: Hard Disk Utilities

1.  In the HDUTIL folder under IMAGES place zipped* images of the Hard Disk Utility floppies labeled so:
            SEATOOLS.IMG        - For Seagate SeaTools Desktop 2.01.05
            SEAGATE.ZIP             - For Seagate SeaTools Desktop 1.06.02
            DISCWIZ.ZIP              - For Seagate DiscWizard 2003 10.36.09
            MAXTOR.ZIP             - For Maxtor\Quantum PowerMax 4.06
            MAXBLAST.ZIP         - For Maxtor\Quantum MaxBlast 3.6
            DLGDIAG5.ZIP           - For Western Digital DLG Diagnostics 5.03
            DATALIFE.ZIP            - For Western Digital Data Lifeguard 11.0
            IBM.ZIP                        - For IBM\Hitachi Drive Fitness Test 3.60
            FUJITSU.ZIP                - For Fujitsu Diagnostic Tool 6.10
      * Note that SEATOOLS.IMG must not be zipped because memdisk can't load it correctly.

2.  You can download the programs and create the floppies yourself or you can use the floppy images from the Ultimate Boot CD.

3.  The UTILS.TXT file under your ISOLINUX folder is the menu that will appear when you hit F4 at the boot prompt.

     It should look like this booted up:
