Thompson Beef Jerky is made by hand in our home in Bangor Maine. It was originally intended for reducing our meal costs while working away as well as augmenting the Atkins diet. It tasted so good we thought we should try selling it.

We use 90% fat free beef. Click the 'Products' tab above for more information.
