Putting a Spin on Art

(click on thumbnails to see the larger pictures)

Gyromancer

When I'm not using a spinning wheel to make yarn. I've been known to use a spinning toy to make art. Of course the spinning is just the beginning. Then you have to sit down and weave a story, generally with the help of colored pencils. . This particular wizard seems to have let things get a bit out of hand. About 5 inches square. Mounted on mat board. Sold.

Nucleus

The earth may not be the center of the universe, but it is certainly the center of something. 5 inches square, more or less, mounted on mat board.

Emmanent Lady

Not only spun but folded. Somehow this one wanted to be a mystery woman, a character of quiet power. Some of the radiating lines in this picture glow in the dark which makes for a very different picture when the lights go out. Mounted on mat board

Elsie Unleashed

Spun, folded and mutilated, this demonic beast seems able to lick anybody and anything. Glows in the dark. Mounted on mat board
