Hillcrest Marshall Inc. is a well established and fast growing franchisee of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins.
We currently operate 9 locations throughout Westchester County NY.
Due to our continued growth, we are seeking Managers with prior restaurant experience, preferably QSR.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintain the highest standards of customer service
- Ensure compliance with standards for safety and sanitation
- Control food and labor costs to maximize profits
- Train, develop and motivate employees
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
