These pictures show the MTH Sinclair station in motion. The top shot was taken by starting the accessory then opening the shutter for abount 5 seconds. The Sinclair Snowplow truck is by Matchbox. In the top shot some of the construction is evident in the background. The layout is open-frame construction with 2 x 4 stringers on 16" centers. Cut 2 x 4 risers are layed on top and support the elevated track portions. The track is Gargraves, on cork roadbed. Under the roadbed is 1/2" thick plywood cut 4" wide. If I had it to do over again I would not have put in 2 x 4 stringers as I needed them, instead of all at once as it turned out many were poorly placed to support the track. I also would have made the plywood trackbed 1" wider to give more room to affix the scenery to.
