Helping homeless animals
find forever homes!

We have been supporting this wonderful organization for a year now and think they are by far THE BEST animal rescue in the Washington Metropolitan area!

They place approximately 100+ animals per month! Now that is amazing work!

They are staffed by a wonderful group of volunteers that daily go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the animals in their care are well provided for until they are able to place them into a perfect forever home!

We have been supporting this organization for over a year now and have enjoyed every minute of it!

This organization supports differenct charities by sponsoring unique fundraising events.

Every February they have a Privateer Feast that supports breast cancer research. Everyone gets to dress up and act like a pirate for an evening while listening to wonderful entertainment and raising funds through a raffle and silent auction. In 2008 they raised over $13,000! That's a lot of booty for one night!

Every summer they hold a masquerade ball to benefit multiple sclerosis research. Again, everyone gets to dress up in costume, dance and enjoy music and snack away on a bountiful buffet of hors duerves in a magical setting.
