This truck was recenently delivered by 4-Guys Fire Apparauts of Meyersdale, PA. It has a 1500 gallon per minute Hale single-stage fire pump. The chassis is a Spartan Gladiator, with a Cummins six cylinder Diesel engine which develops 450 horse power. It has an Allsion HD-4060P five speed automatic transmission. The truck has an all stainless steel body, 4 crosslays, a TFT Crossfire deck gun and two LDH discharges. It has a 1200 watt inverter powering two 500 watt telescopic floodlights. It carries 2000 feet of 5" supply line, and six 200 ft 1-3/4" attack lines and two 200 ft 2-1/2" attack lines. This is our "first due" engine, it replaces our 1973 Ward LaFrance engine.
