Treatments & Services

Initial Consultation

An extensive health history is gathered. After a review of the pertinent condition(s) and symptom(s), and their relationship with different body systems, a simple, individualized, and natural plan can be created for you. The recommendations may include one or more approaches in the areas of diet, lifestyle changes, relaxation techniques, herbs, exercise, or supplements.

Treatment Modalities

Reflexology

What does Reflexology do? Reflexology promotes natural balancing and normalization of the body, reduces stress, enhances nerve impulses, and stimulates circulation and the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the cells. Reflexology is a hands-on manipulation of the reflexes primarily found on the feet. Reflexology treatments may include the following therapies:

Raindrop Therapy

Raindrop therapy was developed as a result of research indicating that many forms of spinal misalignments are caused by muscle spasm and inflammation producing bacteria and viruses. A combination of 8 or more essential oils are feathered onto the spine. These oils enhance muscle relaxation, circulation, nerve conductivity, and may help to eradicate bacteria and viruses trapped in the spinal cord. This is followed by a soothing hot compress, further relaxing you and aiding the body in healing itself.

Ear Candling

Ear candles are hollow, tube-like funnels made of sterile gauze and dipped in beeswax. One end is gently placed in the ear and the other end is lit with a flame. As the candle burns down, the smoke enters the ear and warms the wax. The flame creates a mild vacuum that gently pulls the wax and any debris into the hollow of the candle. The ear canal is examined with an otoscope prior to and after the treatment.
