Aero Country Airport
Aero Country Airport is a private airfield located west of McKinney, just south of Highway 380 and just west of Custer Road (FM 2478). It was built by people who enjoy flying and many of them have their homes on the airfield. Whenever I visit there, I always find some interesting aircraft and meet people who are happy to talk about their joy of flying. Although the people who live and play there are as practically minded as anyone else you'll meet, they don't believe in always keeping their feet on the ground.
