    Reservation Policy:
        A 50% deposit per night, per room is required hold reservations.

     Cancellation Policy:
        If reservation is cancelled within two week of arrival, deposit is non refundable unless room is re-rented. If room is re-rented, deposit is returned, less 10% accounting fee.
