At Pier Laser Med Spa we do our best to be flexible and accommodate you in the best manner possible; however, we have certain policies that we’d be grateful if you took a moment to read over.

Appointment Policy
As we are a medical facility and require medical background information and consent forms prior to treatment, we request that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment and bring a photo ID.

Parking
Public Parking located right in front on Lincoln Blvd or on side streets. If unavailable, park at Starbucks next door and have a coffee on us.

Payment Policy
We do ask that all that payments be made in full prior to each service. We are happy to accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover or cash. We also accept CareCredit® which allows 0% financing for nine months.

Low Price Guarantee
To qualify, please bring a valid written price quote or coupon from the medical doctor. On many services we are even less expensive than care provided by "mid level providers" i.e. nonphysicians employed by large chains of clinics

Payment Plans
We do feel that everyone should have the opportunity to look and feel their best regardless of their financial situation, and so financing plans are available. If you are interested in a financing plan please discuss your requirements with our office manager, or ask about CareCredit®.

Cancellation Policy
We understand emergencies do arise; however, we require 48-hour notice to cancel or reschedule treatments and/or procedures. A cancellation fee of $50 may be charged if your treatment/procedure is cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. “No Shows” will be billed a $100 no-show fee.

Complimentary Consultation
Complimentary consultations are offered and subject to 24 hour cancellation policy. We ask you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out necessary forms.
