Hentai

countdownErotic shorts from the adult manga by Hiroyuki-Utatane are brought to life in these sizzling anthologies.

Countdown

Alimony Hunter

Countdown brings animated life to two of the series' most popular episodes: in "Alimony Hunter" an encounter on the subway leads to an extremely unusual three-for-all in which not everybody turns out to be what they appear, and in which all concerned get what's coming to them in the end!

Seek

In "Seek", a heroic machino-adventurer of the chain-mail wearing persuasion learns the joys of being on the receiving end of another kind of chain when he rescues a lovely young lady with a knack for subduing knavish knights! Who says being tied up is such a bad thing?

Countdown Continued

If you thought the first Countdown was wild, you won't believe what goes on in Countdown Continued, another great pair of twisted tales based upon the hit graphic series from Hiroyuki-Utatane!

Virgin Road

In the first installment, a nervous young bride to be has a last minute fling... in the back of the chapel waiting room with another woman!

Famous Trick History Hooligan Boy

Next, a Samurai Policewoman and her sexually challenged giant robot must take on a giant walking statue controlled by a sex-crazed megalomaniac!

SOFT CELL

Both Countdown and Countdown Continued originally had three parts. They were censored by the American distributor, presumably for content.

"Kurenai" was the last of three segments in Countdown and depicted a lonely rich young man playing with his new sex toy, a mindless female clone.

"Sweet Lips" was the first of three segments in Countdown Continued and depicted the seduction of a girl and her mother by a she-male teacher.

Commentary

Countdown is mildly entertaining. There's some humor and the naughty bits aren't all that naughty. It's average - in the same league as Rei Rei. Actually, Rei Rei is a little bit better. Of the four episodes released in the U.S., Alimony Hunter is, by far, my favorite.

I used to have the first volume on subtitled VHS.
