Commentary
Gratuitous gore and naughty bits and a fairly good story make this one of my favorites. I used to have all three animated volumes and the live action movie on VHS and the first animated volume on DVD.
The DVD version of the first animated volume is double-sided with half the feature on each side. My favorite character is, of course, the Clown. And, my favorite scene occurs when Spawn comes to the painful realization that the Clown isn't just a clown.
There are two different versions of the live-action movie. There's a heavily edited pan-and-scan version and an uncut widescreen version.
