Mission Statement
The purpose of the BHS Lacrosse Team is to provide an opportunity for young men in the community to learn the game of lacrosse, practice and develop the skills associated with the game, and compete with similar clubs as a representative of Beaverton High School.

Player Expectations

Because student interest has exploded over the BHS Lax Program and due to the very balanced/competitive league we are in, expectations are much higher than last season. The expectations we place on the players are as follows:

Parent Expectations

The coaches welcome parent involvement and feedback in the program. As always, there is an open-door policy when it comes to concerns about your child as it pertains to the program.  These concerns should be addressed in a private and confidential manner, not to be voiced during practices and/or games.  Also, in order for the program to continue with its success, we look for parent-volunteers to assist and help steer the program. Each season, we need volunteers for the following roles:

How Points Are Obtained:                                         

5 Points for each win
1 Point for each goal scored, maximum of 8 points per game
2 Points for overtime loss
