competently notarize important documents.

passport (non us passport must be stamped by the INS)

Secondary ID:
Any of the above listed documents or
Any ID issued by an institution, business entity or state or government id containing
atleast one signature
Unacceptable ID:
Birth certificate
social security card
credit card
ID that does not contain a signature
ID that is Expired
ID that looks fraudulent or tampered with
ID that does not match the document (s) requested for notarization
*If ID is not available, two credible witnesses with proper ID, who can
identify the signer (s), and are impartial to the document (s) requested for notarization, must be available to
proceed with a notarization.

Facey Mobile Notary Services uses a journal to keep record of
all notarizations, so that all notarial acts performed and executed are protected. A recorded journal protects
the Notary and the Signer(s).
We are willing to work with any reputable lender, title, escrow,
mortgage or signing service professionally.
Equipped with the right tools to get the job done: laser printer,
fax, e docs, and overnight mail.
-Considering the logistics, Facey Mobile Notary Services will
pick up your documents and deliver them to the borrowers, for signing and notarizations. We will also overnight the
documents to your offices after each signing is completed.
*Facey Mobile Notary Services asks that for same day
loan signings, please allow atleast 3-4 hours notice, to ensure that your loan documents are reviewed and prepped remarkably
for your borrowers.

NOTE: Facey Mobile Notary Services' fees are not conditional upon loan
funding. As an impartial witness, I am to be fully compensated regardless of the outcome of the loan, or the decision of a
borrower to exercise their right of recission (Right to Cancel).
Notary Signing Agents work vigilantly and fervently to ensure that your loan documents are prepped,
signed, notarized and mailed. Rolling up our sleeves is never an issue. Therefore, we ask that you remit
payment for precise, invaluable and exceptional services rendered, 45 days or less subsequent to your closings. Abiding
by this not only shows astute business ethics on your part, but the action within itself is only right and plausible.
