• Designed/developed/tested SPR system, with query and metrics reporting; wrote a user guide and maintenance manual; and trained three departments.

• Tested software and reported bugs which helped ensure high quality of Lotus products. Consistently rewarded for high quantity of bugs found and praised by developers for clear and concise directions to reproduce bugs. 
  
  
• Led team in writing over 500 test outlines for 1-2-3/Macintosh project. 
  
  
• Recommended design changes for UI; reviewed spec, documentation, on-line tours and tutorials for technical accuracy; and designed icons for QA tools that helped to maintain the high quality of Lotus products. 
  
  
• Led team in creation and implementation of a test plan for file input/output for the charting subsystem. 
  
  
• Created/implemented a Newcomer Packet that helped acclimate 50+ new team members.
  
• Served two years on the Child Care Task Force which planned and set up the Lotus Children’s Center, one of the top day-care centers in the U.S.

• Designed/developed/tested/wrote and published documentation for a business management application that helped professional photographers more effectively manage their studios. Product modules included estimates, invoicing, month-end statements, accounts payable, rolodex, mailing lists and labels, and an inventory of stock photography.
  
  
• Managed all aspects of business including sales, support, marketing, advertising, writing copy, manufacturing, trade shows, and direct mail campaigns which, at the time of its release, made MacStudio the best of breed for its market.
