We would greatly appreciate your participation in our golf tournament and we hope you will join us for a day of fun and
fellowship.
> The entry fee is $350.00 for a team of four players.
This inludes green fees, cart rentals, beverages on course, coffe & donuts
at
6AM, and a cook-out lunch starting at 11:30AM.
> Mulligans may be purchased at start of each session. Please note that
mulligan shots are NOT eligible for longest drive or closest to pin shots.
> Awards presentation in the Ball Room at conclusion of the tournament.
(Approx. 7:30PM)
> Please let us know if you would like to sponsor a hole for $50.00 or if you
would like to donate door prizes.
NEW PUTTING CONTEST DURING THE TOURNAMENT
Rules:
> No team may have more than one (1) player with a handicap of nine (9) or
below.
> Game format will be a Florida Scramble.
> Prizes will be awarded in the open; men's (all players use white tees),
women's (all players use red tees), and mixed division (minimum two women
playing - men from white tees, women from red tees)
> All ties will be broken by going back on the score card starting with hole #18.
> Field limited to first 72 teams.
> Registration Deadline - Friday, May 18th, 2007.
