We are not responsible for mistakes made by Philex Enterprises and/or
the domain controller.

Price and payment will be agreed upon before work is begun. Extra
work added on during the creation phase will be charged accordingly.

A down payment of at least 1/4 of the estimated cost must
be paid before work is begun, or as negotiated for a payment plan.

Clients will be charged using the following criteria: website size
and complexity, how much graphics work is needed, how many pictures need
to be scanned, and how fast the site needs to be done.

Charges for domain hosting will be a seperate entity between
the client and Philex Enterprises, JD Web Designs will set your account
up with them but you will be paying them directly.

Photos can either be mailed to me to be scanned, or be e-mailed in
JPEG(.jpg) format. All e-mailed pictures must be a minimum of 800X600
resolution. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail when we return
your pictures.

Counters, Guestbooks, CGI E-mail forms and the like will be added
by request at no extra charge.

Philex also offers cool features such as a free shopping cart
and free submission to over 25,000 search engines which will be initiated
by request.
