The Cottage at JKFarm is offered as either three individual suites (each with a separate entrance and a private bath) or as an entire guest-house rental. The entire cottage sleeps 11. The Cottage is equipped with central heat and air conditioning, and has DirecTV in the family room and in each of the two upstairs suites. The Cottage is situated in the center of the 145 acre JKFarm, and overlooks the orchard, pond, pastures, and meadows. Linens are provided. No smoking and no pets.
The Pond-Side Suite Top
The Pond-Side Suite's second floor entrance provides an upper deck over looking the pond. The suite has a private bath, DirecTv and sleeps 4 (1 queen and 2 twins).

The JKFarm Suite Top
The JKFarm Suite is the entire first floor of The Cottage. The front deck provides views of the barnyard and pastures. The side deck is just a few feet away from the pond. The JKFarm Suite sleeps 3; one queen bedroom and one twin–size sofa in the family room. The suite also includes a bathroom, laundry room and kitchen. This suite is wheel-chair friendly, providing 36-inch entrance and interior doors. Charcoal grill and utensils are provided.
