Exemplification of the Fourth Degree

The 38th Exemplification was held on 2 March 2008 at the Inn and Conference Center, University of Maryland, College Park MD. The Honorees for this Class were the Members of the Fourth Degree District Choir. The 39th Exemplification is scheduled for 22 March 2009. Details are not yet available, but the links posted below for 2008 give a general idea.

How Can You Join?

First - contact your council fourth degree representative, Grand Knight, or Financial Secretary for a Form 4 Application.

Second - From the right - download the Reservation Form and the Tri-fold Flyer.

Third - Using the information in the flyer, fill out the Form 4 and Reservation Form and submit to a Sir Knight that will sponsor you. Make sure the information is clear and complete. The First Degree Date and Membership number MUST be listed.

Fourth - The submitted form will be reviewed and voted on by the Assembly. Once accepted and approved, the Assembly will contact you for any outstanding fees.

Finally - most of the information is in the Press Release and Flyer. For follow up questions contact the Assembly or Secretary to the Master.

Who Can Join?

You must be a Third Degree member in good standing.

You must have received your First Degree six months prior to the Fourth Degree date.

You must be sponsored by a Sir Knight, and approved for membership by a Fourth Degree Assembly.

Exemplifications are usually held only once a year.

Program Book Ads

The District helps offset some of the costs of the exemplification via ads in the Souvenir Program Book. Each Council and Assembly is asked to support this effort. Additional information can be downloaded at the upper right.
