Well it’s coming up on us… the MSCPA Tour de Pooch & Pals 3-hour Spin-a-Thon! February 7th 9am-12pm!!!
Yup 3 hours… but trust me, it’s doable! We keep your water bottle full, provide re-energizing snacks, and just a tad of entertainment while 3-4 instructors guide you through a fantastic ride that puts you in your fat burn zone for quite a bit and of course you’ll burn a ton of calories! Most importantly we will raise a lot of money for the MSPCA at Nevins Farm!

What do you have to do… go to www.mspca.org/2009spin to register under the Portsmouth Team Page… this will allow you to register and then make your personalized page to send to your friends, family, and coworkers. You can do the ride solo or ride with 1 or 2 other persons.

T-shirts will be awarded to those who raise over $200!!!! And there will be some great prizes that we will give away for all sorts of “categories”!!!!

Remember my rule of thumb when it comes to fundraising… SEND IT TO EVERYONE! The worst that can happen is they say no! So go for it, you’ll be surprised!!! I promise! If PAC FILLS 20 bikes and each bike (individual or team) raises $400, we will raise over $8,000!!!!! PAC raises just over $7,000 last year… let’s beat it this year!!!!
