I work in ink, gouache, and acrylic. I often manipulate images either digitally or the old fashioned scissors-and-glue way. I developed my illustration style under the guidance of Ms. Glenna Lang at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston. My favorite inspiration comes from pets and children because they seem to bring out the best side of people. They love unconditionally and compel people to do the same. They also express a view of the world that is fun to observe. Even my old cat is still curious and playful. How lucky I feel to have a chance to see the world with fresh eyes every day!
