- Roll a Frostalf with an *in-character name and disband from the starter guild.
- Log in and search for a member of Quellar Mithkaldaka by typing /who Quellar. /send that person and request to be put in contact with a Rah.
- The Rah del Jabbuk will ask you a few question to make sure you know what is expected of you and that you know some basic Dark Speech or Frostalf and then request that you join the zone they are in.
Voila! It's done.
*In-character is defined as names that are non-English, unconventional, or not easily recognisable. Names may be taken directly from Drowish, Old Norse, or unique fantasy creations.
REPATRIATION
Repatriation: As has been explained before, Quellar Mithkaldaka has been charged by the Frostalf Royal Coven of Learning to venture up to the Uplands to ascertain the state of Midgard and assist in its defence but also to make contact with Frostalfar who have lost contact with Niflheim and the Underworld in the hopes of reindoctrinating them and their descendants back into Frostalf Culture. This is no easy task as sometimes generations have past since Frostalfar in the Uplands had any contact at all with their brethren back home below. If you are a Frostalf of advanced rank and age and wish to petition QM for admittance by repatriation be forewarned that this is no small or simple task. Greater demand is placed upon a repatriated Frostalf than one born into the House. But here is how it is done...
- Make contact with a Rah and announce your intention to petition for repatriation. The Rah will put you in touch with the Jabbuk, and you will be summoned for an interview.
- Be prepared to state your purpose and intent for repatriation. Discuss your lineage, how long your clan has lived in the Uplands, your skills, and most of all why you wish to be repatriated.
- If the Jabbuk considers your birth name to be too reminiscient of the common culture and thus inapprorpiate, you may attempt to /appeal the Commoner Services Representative of Midgard to change your name to an appropriate in character Frostalf name for the reason that you are joining QM
- Strip your commoner surname and then petition it properly through the House Names Council.
Remember membership in QM is eternal. These acts are gestures of your committment to the House.
Try to get a hold of a Rah as soon as you can to make sure your name is in-character by House standards.
