Hierarchy
QM's rank system is quite unique as it reflects the feudal system of Frostalf society. House Mithkaldaka (Greywolf) is one of the Great Houses in the Frostalf Imperial Quorum. However it does not constitute one single clan or family. Instead it is made up of a handful of Major Noble Houses, which are in turn made up of Minor Noble Houses. Each House contributes indepently to the larger house which it is a part of. House Greywolf is composed of 3 Major Noble Houses, they are: House Nimh, House Delentsk, and House Zavril.
The Jabbuk (The Master)
The Leader of Quellar Mithkaldaka is The Jabbuk. He is the Guildmaster. The Jabbuk is but a mediator for the Baat'leb del Rahen. He does not make arbitrary decisions without the approval of the Baat'leb, but his voice speaks for the entire House. He is the ear for your concerns, the sword to fight in your name, the shield at your defence and your greatest advocate. Expect him to always put your needs first. You will recognize the Jabbuk in two manners. During battle he is the only member wearing a blue chest piece and when off duty he is the only member of The House who ever wears the emblem.
Rah del Jabbuk (Hand of the Master) - The Baat'leb del Rahen (Circle of Hands)
The Patriarchs/Matriarchs of the Major Noble Houses and other Elders in their Houses constitute the Baat'leb del Rahen (Circle of Hands) and each are known as a Rah del Jabbuk, or Hand of the Guildmaster. They are the officers. They represent the voice and will of the Jabbuk at all times and are the Guilds true leadership. Rahen are specially chosen by a vote of the Baat'leb and the Jabbuk for their leadership skills, dedication, and history of activity in and out of game. The Rahen oversee the resources, membership and activities of the House as a whole. They are the most experienced and senior members of the House and have earned the respect and consideration they are due. Expect them to see to any of your concerns. Know a Rah by his/her blue cloak.
The Major Noble Houses
Membership in one of the Major Noble Houses is an advancement in the ranks. As such there are criteria for joining and expectations for membership. You may wish to join one of the Major Noble Houses for a variety of reasons, and any reason is valid as long as you can live up to your duties. Each House is equal to the others and as such being a member of one Noble House is the same ranklevel as the others. Members of the noble houses don blue gloves.
House Nimh
Members of House Nimh are consorts of battle and masters of tactics. In all conflicts with Colnbluthen members of Nimh Clan have managed to shine above all others and it is due to their training and discipline. Nimh leads the way in our war against the Elves and Britons. Members of QM who demonstrate prowess in battle, organizing, event/activity planning, creating groups and contributing to the defence of Midgard may be considered by the Lords of Nimh for membership in their clan. A Nimh is entrusted with the charge promoting good RVR grouping skills, familiarizing themselves with siegecraft, knowing the lay out of the frontiers, developing strategies and tactics for warfare, and encouraging other members to take up arms for the glory of Niflheim.
House Zavril
Members of House Zavril have heard all the tales, sung all the songs, and learned every myth, legend, and hearsay to be found across Midgard. If there is a precious gem, a rare mineral, or unheard of talisman, you can rest assured that the Zavril family knows where it is, and knows how to find it. Since time immemorial members of Clan Zavril have excelled in the arts of pathfinding. It was their house that lead us skyward towards the Uplands, charting the path and investigating stories of hidden lairs and dungeons on the way. And it is the Ancient Zavril clan who created the first great Frostalf museums, and places of learning. Members of QM who shine in the areas of questing, raiding, and the slaying of great beasts and monsters may be considered by the Ancients of Zavril. A Zavril is entrusted with the charge of promoting PVE grouping skills, familiarizing themselves with camps, items and quests as well as devising strategies for epic encounters and guiding members through the tasks set forth by the King.
House Delentsk
The hands of a Delentsk are blackened by the forge. They have tasted every potion. Crafted every gem. They have literally sewn, knitted, and stitched the robes of Emperors, Kings and Sages. The Craftsmanship of the Delentsk family precedes itself even into the Upplands itself. The Delentsk clan are very special people. They are a Clan who have taken up the charge of crafting for the The House. They give of themselves and we honour and respect them. Members of House Delentsk are Legendary Crafters as well as Neophyte Crafters. But to gain consideration for membership in Delentsk clan you must be at least 400 in the craft you commit too and you must commit to becoming legendary.
House Greywolf
Though the Greywolfs are in and of themselves, the very bloodline of Quellar Mithkaldaka itself, not every Greywolf was born a Greywolf. Few families throughout Frostalfdom would dare challenge the claim that the Greywolf family is not one of the kindest and most inclusive clans in all of Niflheim. The kindness and generosity shown by their Elders to those who are less fortunate is tale heard on the winds at the four corners. To be a Greywolf means to give. As such, others who have known their kindness have given back to them, whether in services or knowledge or reward. It is for this reason that Greywolf clan has grown to the scope it is today. QM members noted for consistently performing selfless acts of kindness and consideration, always going out of their way to do good works giving of themselves, and in their own unsung way perpetuating the sense of family our guild already so thankfully boasts may be considered for baring the surname Greywolf itself. This is no short order. As a Greywolf, you will be given the enormous charge of sustaining Quellar Mithkaldaka in any fashion that may be required. But most of all, a Greywolf lives up to his/her name by encouraging patience, kindness, selflessness and virtue in their guildmates, demonstrating the spirit of family that QM is already famous for.
C'rintri
A Member of this rank has passed their initiation. They are a full general member of QM though not actually baring the surname Greywolf. They are a loyal and trusted lesser noble of the house and are entrusted with all rights and privileges of that rank. C'rintrin are no longer unfamiliar with our mission and culture. They are the building blocks of the House. C'rintri of 35 seasons or higher dress all in black. C'rintri lesser than 35 seasons like Shebali don grey armour save for their black gloves.
Shebali
There are 2 types of Shebali. Those who are new arrivals from Niflheim or the Underside and those who we have taken in in the Upplands. Shebali are neophytes who are apprenticed by Quellar Mithkaldaka. Tutoring Shebali is a large task, some are new to the Upside and are unfamiliar with the ways of the Upsiders, while some who were born on the Upside know nothing of Niflheim. A Shebali focuses their energies on learning our ways in the hopes of becoming C'rintri or even joining a House. Know a Shebali by their grey armour. Shebali Repatriates of senior rank may dye their armour charcoal.
