While the defilers of the Elven soul, the Asur, were spreading their doctrine of repression and emasculation among our weaker kin, we waited patiently. Whereas, by Elven right of patrolinial succession, Malekith, son of Aenarion, is the legal heir to the Phoenix Throne of Ulthuan.
And, whereas, conservative elements of the Ulthuan court and noble community conspired to sabotage the legal assumption of the rightful king to his office thus furthuring their own agenda .
And, whereas, these illegal acts have resulted in a schism in Elven society that lead to the War of Sundering.
Be it resolved, that by order of his majesty Malekith I, and in conjunction with other Druchii noble houses, Quellar Mithdrathir (House Greymoon) is charged to:
- Assess both situation and condition, render assistance and support where needed to Qu'ellar Ulthorin in the occupation and recapture of Ulthuan.
- Further the efforts of Qu'ellar Ulthorin by pressuring Asur forces and communities with continuing assault.
- Serve as an institution of representation for the will of the Druchii court, and aid in perpetuating and supporting the Chaos alliance of Greenskins and Man for greater Druchii interests.
