Buffing dust, also known simply as "buffings",
is a by-product of the tire retreading industry.
Before a retreader can apply a new tread to a worn
tire, he must remove what remains of the tire's old
tread. The retreader accomplishes this by grinding
(or in some cases peeling) away what remains of the
worn tire's tread surface. The resultant rubber
grindings are buffing dust.
Since 1989, our company has brokered large volumes
of this material. We are continually interested in
adding new buffing dust suppliers and customers to
our existing base. |
