this guy got the shaft. I mean, if you can get a purple heart for
1. banging your arm against the side of your boat
2. fragging yourself with rice
3. fragging yourself with a blooper round
then obviously you should be able to get one for getting tagged with a laser in the eyes.

maybe this fellow should write up his own fitreps and after action reports??
