Shawn and John met when they both worked together at Xenergy.

We like to go hiking and camping and, in 1991, at about 9,500 feet in Grand Teton National Park, we got engaged. John likes to claim that he was lightheaded because of the altitude, Shawn likes to point out that he had brought along a ring and a candlelight dinner. We were married in Northampton on September 26, 1992. Our reception was at the The Hotel Northampton - it's a great place to visit!
