Every parent wants to have their son grow into
a dependable, caring, and self reliant individual. Since the beginning, Scouting
has been very successful in teaching our boys these precious values. The scouting
program is designed to assist parents in strengthening character, developing good citizenship, and enhancing physical fitness
in our boys while making it fun and educational.
Statistics show that over the
long term, boys who have experienced Scouting programs are more likely to have success in school, career, and family, as well
as stronger ethics and better relationships with others.
- Boys with 5 or more years in Scouting are more likely to graduate from high school than those
who never were Scouts.
- Former Scouts (40%) are also more likely to be college graduates than non-Scouts (16%).
