Can't see it here but the body was anything but straight, lot's of door dings.

Engine Bay

Long gone the original 318 was replaced with a 340. The engine bay needed lots of work.

I don't have the entire history but I do know in 1974 the 'Cuda was originally purchased in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia by a guy stationed at Langley Air Force Base. In 1976 the car was sold to a man named Mitch Webb. Mitch sold the car in 1979. The car was raced for several years in Kentucky after the original 318 motor was replaced with a "built" 340. The 'Cuda spent most of it's time during the 1980's in a barn under a tarp. During this time it's only inhabitants appeared to be squirrels as discovered during my resto by evidence of acorns in odd places. Mitch Webb bought the car back again in 1990 where he began an extensive restoration to bring her to back to her old glory. Mitch sold the car in late 2003 to a man named Richard Hill, who oddly enough lived in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. Richard owned the car until 2005 and then sold it to me. I also live in the Hampton Roads area so after over 30 years she's back home to stay.
